i bought this laser in Hong kong
YouTube - 200mW green laser
it pops baloons and light matches, has origional box and it is focusable.
the laser also includes a star cap

$80

it sais 1000mW on the label (lol) i would say its ~200mW

No offense but you sound real desperate for the money (which isn't gonna make anybody feel bad and just buy it off you) and you also seem to be unsure of the exact power which is the kiss of death in this place. From your video, it doesn't even seem like a 200mw and that could be because the lights are on. Consider doing another quick video at night or in a dark room.
