They are individually packaged diodes with the original testing info intact

They are made by Opnext (Japan)

They are 5.6mm, case positive, and run around 638nm @ 30mW

They are $40 each, shipped in the US

Well, turns out I may not need this diode after all, since the USPS found my 40mW version that was MIA for a while. Depending on the outcome of my build, I might re-list my diode for sale.
