I have lurked around these forums for a while to feed my interest in lasers. I decided to pull the trigger and give Sci-Fi Lasers a try and not without concerns due to reading about horror stories with customs as well as the work put into the quality but what lead me to initiate the purchase was the track record and outstanding customer service that Eitan from Sci-Fi provided. Any concern of mine that arose i sent an email his way and he replied almost instantly every time. I haven't had this good of customer service with most business's that i deal with daily. I could tell Eitan is passionate about his business and really wants to prove his company will take care of his customers, needless to say he out did himself. The laser arrived in excellent condition and the laser performs perfectly. Thank you again Eitan!
