I'm surprised E-bay hasn't taken down the auction, they seem to be pretty fast at removing lasers from their listings.

From all the other items the seller is offering, I would guess that whoever is trying to sell it, took it one of those stores that sell your stuff on E-bay for a fee; and the person who listed the item took a few liberties with "embellishing" the output level. I would say with 100% certainty that the output is less than 200mW, otherwise it would be an RPL-200.
