right current output

can anybody tell me what the right ma output for a rckstr or drlava dribe should be?
bear in mind im gonna use one for red and one for phr.....
main reason being i dont have the instruments to test the output......so when i buy i will get them with a preset current

Which driver it is doesn't matter. What diode you are using does.

Which "red" diode?
Run your PHR at 110mA-120mA

the red diode i only know it came out of a 16x.....that is all i know

If it is a 16X you should limit the current to around 250mA
