Hey guys,

Recently I had to drop ship this light to a buddy of mine, thought, heck might as well see if I can present it to you as well.

FandyFire F-3800 XM-LT6 1-Mode 2000LM 3-LED White Flashlight (1 x 18650 / 2 x 18650 / 4 x 18650) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme

This is one bright light.

Here are a few photos.

It's huge.

It breaks apart into like, eight pieces.
That's totally like, this much:

Without light:

With light simply pointed at the ceiling:

Foggy night:

I don't have any sort of instrument to verify the acclaimed 2000 lumen output.

I did however, burn a big hole through a plastic pudding cup in less than 10 seconds:

Also, see video:

Pros:
-Bright light for it's price
-Batteries give good runtime
-Solid construction - threads, clicky, everything's great
-Tolerance even allows 4x unprotected and 4x protected 18650 cells!
-Breaks apart into many pieces

Cons:
-Batteries and charger are not included - would be cool to have a bundle pack to save a few bucks on that
-Does not come in any sort of box
-Really really big light - no chance of fitting that in any pocket or laptop bag or suitcase without taking it apart

Conclusion:

That one was drop-shipped for a buddy of mine. I'm so getting myself another one ASAP. You should too.

Thats not a light, thats a baseball bat

Did you have the chance to take a tailcap current reading before shipping it off?

Yup, reminds me of Ebony Mace from Skyrim :p

Unfortunately no, hadn't thought of that, and it's not in my hands anymore (guy came ot pick it up).

When my own arrives perhaps I'll remember to update this review.

EDIT.
Besides, look who's talking, Mister "4 lead-acid battery packs 1 foot wide flashlight".

Sure did, I held it in front of the light, point blank range, for about 10 seconds.

I'd really want to pick one up for myself around Christmass, but I'm saving up for something else so not sure, perhaps I won't be getting it this year.

But either way, if you have any interest in bright lights, you should :)

Holy sh:)t.

Well, 3x output, 3x price. Which is a bit too far out of my pocket I'm afraid.

Not that I wouldn't pay the amount if I DID have it (Oh and, you know, shipping which will probably end up like a gazillion bucks).

Nice find, though! :)
