Requesting 18650 battery advice

I need to purchase a couple of rechargeable 18650 batteries and charger. I see on DX there are several choices there for these batteries as well as for chargers. I could really use some advice from you guys on which batteries and charger are better or best (safest). Thank you!

Make sure that you select protected 18650's. For charger, I use the UltraFire WF-139 from DX.
Haven't had any problems with this charger, have had it about 8 months.
