Removing heatsink from driver

What's the best way to remove a driver from a heatsink glued with artic alumina thermal adhesive?

Will do, was hoping someone knew of a solvant or something that wouldn't hurt the driver/pcb

Yea razor blade is the best option to prevent damage.

Hi,
As Red and DTR says a razor knife, i use an Exacto knife , it works like a charm. Nice point to get things started and get under it slowly..Then gently scrape the rest off ..
