Recommendations for a used or new DC CC power supply?

I am looking for a reasonably priced variable voltage (0-10 V) DC laser power supply with a constant current control, used, or new. Anyone have a recommendation on a lab quality power supply which doesn't have voltage spikes when the AC input is interrupted, or turned on?

I really only need 500 mA right now, but 3 amps or higher, up to 6 amps would be preferred.

Thanks!

Chris

Looks like it may do the job for you.
It would need to be put on a scope
to really know if it is not spiking at
startup or shutdown... and how
noisy it is.
I use claimed specs as a reference point
but not as fact before testing.

You're a fan of xantrex, aren't you? What's wrong with the XT series? On ebay I see a 7v/6a for $70 and a 15v/4a for $120, but I've seen them selling for half of that from time to time. It's a good deal, considering they're $800 new.
