9/16 - Order placed

9/17 - Not showing up in order history, emailed Max (heard he was very slow to respond if he even got around to it). Got a reply within a half hour that it might take a few days.

9/19 - Processing

9/30 - Still processing, emailed Max again to see if it is out of stock, or what is going on. Got a reply within minutes that he has been super busy with orders and will hurry mine up. Awesome.

10/2 - Processed

10/6 - Shipped

10/16 - Received and works perfectly

I was very worried because after ordering I read alot about his service declining but all it took was a little patience and understanding and a month later I got my new laser :)
Figured I'd share this for anyone who may also be skeptical due to some of the poor experiences shared on these forums.
 





Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully lazerer will keep improving (back to what they used to be)
 
Still took a whole month for you to receive it which is ridiculous. At least everything is good though.
 
^^Not great by any means, but pretty average coming from China. Wasn't there just a Chinese holiday as well - that could have cost a couple days.

RIFLE 445nm - 1.5W Focusable Blue Laser Pointer

the 1.5W (1588mw on certificate) blue one with lens kit. It is very cool, beam visible anywhere but direct sunlight, burns through most things that aren't white and hurts like a bitch when you get hit by it (had to know what it felt like haha).

Ordered batteries, charger and glasses separate though.

Yea lazerer used to be great! Don't know what happened... I hope they get better soon because they were a good source for cheaper high powered lasers.

Ah, the 445nm rifle. Yeah I don't think lazerer has many problems with their 445nm. They mostly seem to be crap in the 532nm department. Who knows :confused:
 
My recent experience wasnt that wonderful.
I bought a 1.2W 445 on Nov 12.
Got shipping notification on Nov 17.
Speedpost said arrived US Nov 19.
Nov 29, said returned to HK because addressee not available and was contacted to pick up item.
Dec 10, said delivery failed because incorrect address.

Address on order was correct. Never received any delivery notification.
Dec 2, Emailed lazerer. No response.
Dec 8, Used contact form on his website. No response.
Dec 9, Created account here with intention of PM from here.
Dec 10, Tried to email shop address. Said domain not exist.

Got mad, filed CC dispute.
Dec 21, still no reply from lazerer.

Uh i mailed them twice over a week ago one from their site and an email about an inquiry about payment have yet recieved any replies ,, i think they dont want my money lol... really strange been reading good stuff about them but when u cant even get a reply within a reasonble amount of time its best to go somewhere else.

Just because a company dosen't reply to you dosen't always mean they just "don't want you're money" :undecided:

U can say whatever u want it dosent change the fact no reply = zero interest in a potential customer, yeah fine that boat already passed i ordered somewhere else already thanks to them funny because i wanted buy from them... And reading the post above me shows that im not exactly alone not getting replies and yet people can defend that is odd.
