After reading all of the negative reviews about Wicked Lasers on here, I was worried about my order even arriving at all, and if it did would take months. It seems I was worried for nothing. On July 30th I ordered the 1W Spyder III, and it arrived on Aug. 30th.

What I was happy about most, though, was that they had sent me the 3.5W model! Not sure if it was by accident or intentionally, but thank you Wicked Lasers. I live on the east coast of Canada and I was questioning if it would make it through customs but I looked at the package and it was marked as a "laser pen" and valued at 10 USD.

Not much fun during the day, but at night is amazing and amazed anyone I showed it to.

Interesting "shoot first ask questions later" approach.
That laser is well overpriced.

There are much better deals IMO, but glad you got it and like it.

That's how it started for me. Bought one Arctic and got hook and can't get enough of the hobby. Watch your pay checks you still have other bills. ( heeeee) Enjoy your Laser and there are different and more powerful one that are more awesome and mind blowing so be careful and safe, have fun. From another addict. Enjoy

Although I would never go back to WL. It was the first serious laser company I had brought from and got me officially into the hobby. For that I can only condemn them for the amount of cost I have incurred since then  But on a more serious side. Have fun but be safe. But as you step further into the hobby you will see the benefits of going custom, or looking at other companies first. WL are flashy but seriously overpriced. I still own my arctic but never really use it anymore, as I have much better lasers now for around the same price. Enjoy! :)

Wicked Laser has some nice units, but overpriced IMO, that and the restrictions of shipping into the U.S., as well as their past reputation, no way I'm going to buy one of there lasers unless on the used market, which I have :)

I would do anything to get around buying directly from them again.
