I recently was lucky enough to purchase from jander6442, a CNI PGL 593.5nm 30mw. The laser is absolutely stunning. Anyway it was used this time to make a 9 laser rainbow consisting of a 650, 635, 593.5, 589, 532, 520, 460, 473, & a 405nm. In some of the pics you can see the subtle differences in frequencies, in some not so much. I also posted a few pics of the 593.5 and 589 to see the difference in colors. I also tried it with a 405, 473, and 460. At the end I used different diffraction gratings with all of the lasers bouncing off, or going thru the gratings depending on if the grating was transmission or reflective. I did get some nice silhouette shots of the lasers in the clamps. Enjoy.

Absolutely incredible, I'm so jelly :D
Here's the closest I could get to a rainbow with just three colours :')

Wow! Without a doubt the fullest rainbow I have ever seen on here. Too bad HeNe's are such low power comparatively and would be washed out, it would be cool to see 543 and 633 (and 607 if you could find one) in the mix. Very, very cool regardless-- thanks for sharing!

Thanks Ian, Bowtieguy, Smeerworst!

jander - THANKS again for the 593.5! I think this weekend I will be photographing it by itself and with 589's only.

Gabe - It is nice how you got some yellow in your rainbow as the red and green meshed together. Thanks

Crazyspaz - Thanks, one possibility one day in the future is a 561nm, as nwfreefly just got one from rhd , a 30mw I think. I am looking foward to seeing his pics of it a I have never seen it. Thanks again
