If by headlights you mean signal lights, they are a great substitute. LEDs aren't bright enough (or cheap enough) to be headlights yet.

Acording to everything that I have read about these, they are not sutable for primary headlamps. There output should only be around 80 to 90 lumens if everything that I have read is correct.

Oh well. I will still see what it looks like in comparison....just for fun.:)

If they had a couple of P7 leds on one of these, it would be perfect!!

SINCE P7 = ABOUT 700LUMENS X 3 = 2100 LUMENS FOR A HEADLIGHT...PERFECT!!:):)

They are cheap enough.....they just need to figure out a way to keep them cool....that's the bigest problem that they have with them right now.

It can be done with 3 X P7 LEDS:):)

Maybe I will modify these to take a couple P7's...THat would be sweet!!
