That sure sounds like a threat to me. Thank you for making my point.

This is the second time you've put this out here. Who the hell cares what Merrick Garland's son-in-law does? He is only an inlaw and not even a family member. Did you not pay any attention to Trump's using his adult children, contrary to the the FBI's telling Trump they couldn't pass the background check, in high positions of his administration?

The American people care and Trump is not President......Thank God garland didn't get a seat on the SCOTUS.
Hunter Biden is selling more " art " to unanimous buyers, I think we should investigate these buyers and see what they are really buying because it sure isn't " art ".

Last time I looked Donald Trump is still the leader of the GOP. It is unfortunate that Democrats haven't voted for who they want on the SCOTUS like Republicans have. But, that is because Republicans either want to restrict women's right to abortions or they want fewer gun laws. Maybe after this Democrats will vote with the SCOTUS in mind.

Hunter Biden is the adult son of President Biden and can do whatever he pleases to do. He holds no place in government, unlike Trump's kids and in-laws.

The World Health Organization announced today that the very first vaccine for Malaria has been released. This is also the very first vaccine that works against a parasite. Very good news while Republican anti-vaxxers continue an assault on others who are even putting masks on their own children. It is an abomination to see them them scream at parents in front of their children calling masks child abuse.

Children aren't dying from covid the way old people are, but I know you wouldn't want to see a child go maskless...... yet your ok with children being murdered in the womb.....your fallacious logic is asinine.

That said I support Freedom for all and I say it is a woman's choice until the fetus is viable which would be the 3rd trimester and I say everyone's rights matter, Freedom has to be for everyone and just because you have some inane fear doesn't mean others have to surrender their rights, your imagined right to " feel however ", in no way, shape or form outweighs my Constitutional rights.

We the people elect representatives to legislate under our collective authority and that ability for congress to make law is limited by our Constitution.

All new laws including gun control laws must align with and conform to the constraints outlined in our Constitutional, however unconstitutional laws do get passed at times, often at State or local levels and there is a process to review and overturn unconstitutional laws, this is proper, however what you progressives seek to do is appoint social activist judges who don't respect our Constitution, who would nullify our Bill of Rights, this would be improper and would in time if not corrected necessitate that we the people reclaim our authority......but before that happened I expect a redress of grievances or if need be a Convention of States could remedy the situation......but long before that I expect your progressive liberal sickness will be driven out of office, before you ever amass the imbalance of power needed to pack the courts and destroy our democracy, as Americans are currently experiencing the failures of progressive liberalism, change will be the remedy come 2022 and 2024.

Children aren't being murdered in the womb. They really aren't children until they are born. They are fetuses until that time and, yes, women have a right to their reproductive medical Constitutional terms as they have been for over 48 years. You must have seen by now that Appellate Federal Court Judge, Robert Pitman overturned, at least temporarily, the Texas law passed by their legislature to allow anyone in any state to sue any woman, taxi driver or provider to try to keep the courts from even looking at this "contrived scheme".

The Constitution only allows people to have a gun in their homes and it is up to the states to allow anything beyond that such as Texas' unlimited open carry law that women have said, "if my uterus could fire bullets Texas wouldn't regulate it", as Virginia has done since Democrats took over in that state. Voters in states still have the right to limit open carry laws and other guns such as the AR weapons as was done before in the U.S. It could happen again that these AR semiautomatic rifles could be illegal to buy in this country again. It is certainly up to the individual states to do this if they want to.

Incorrect paul.

Our 2nd Amendment is an individual right as ruled by the SCOTUS and it is the right to keep and bear arms, say that with me .......Keep and Bear.

Most State Constitutions also echo this fundamental God given right however many State Constitutions say the State has the right to issue permits to carry pistols or prescribe how arms should be born/carried. Not that they can't be carried, simply how, which has seen a wide latitude of interpretation and there are cases pending.

You can still open carry in Virginia although some additional public places/events have been added to the off-limits list.

AR's and AK's are in " common use " and as such can not be banned although some States have partial bans and some States ban new purchases based on " cosmetic features " although you can buy the same basic gun without the cosmetic features. Cases are pending.

As for the Clinton " crime bill " it banned the import, manufacture for civilian retail sale of new " assault rifles " not ownership and not private or commercial sales of existing/already owned " assault rifles " and it did not ban the import, manufacture and sale of the exact same rifles without a combination of the cosmetic features that politicians use to identify a rifle as an " assault rifle ", that bill signed into law had a 10 year sunset and was deemed to have been ineffective over it's 10 years it was in effect.

I find it ironic that liberals don't want to punish criminals yet you want to restrict law abiding citizens.
You don't want authoritarian cops but you want an authoritarian government.
Progressives are just full of lofty ideals that aren't rooted in reality, it's a bunch of idealistic, unrealistic hippy crapola.

The best way to reduce carbon emissions is nuclear power !

Yeah all those pending cases are Republicans trying to get them overturned. Good luck with that....you're gonna need it. You of course say the ban on sales of assault rifles was ineffective, but that is only because you favor no restrictions on guns at all. Progressives believe in a country of laws far more so than Trump ever did. In fact he pushed the DOJ to do his political bidding so often that it got him impeached........twice. The second time 10 Republicans joined with all the Democrats to impeach him and 7 Republicans in the Senate joined with all the Democrats to convict.

The Washington Post today:

Kevin McCarthy earned 3 Pinnochios for a claim that Biden's tax plan would impact negatively people earning as little as $50,000 a year. Biden's tax plan actually gets almost all of its money from top earners and corporations. The impact on those making less than $400,000 a year is from Trump's tax breaks which favor the wealthy and will expire in 2025, mainly, but the offset from Biden's tax reduction for for those earning less are more than made up for in his breaks for middle income earners.

There is the Democrat view and the Republican view, but also the Prophetic View: The Trump Prophecies which have come true are:
1) Trump would become POTUS (Kim Clement 2006), (Mark Taylor 2009), (Lance Wallnau 2011).
2) Trump would make the USA the world's leading energy producer (Mark Taylor, 2009).
3) Trump would appoint 3 SCOTUS Justices of which one would be a woman (multiple prophets).
4) Socialism will rise in the USA and attempt to build a nation without God but will fail (Kim Clement 2011).
5) Many will call for Trump to be impeached but their efforts will fail to remove him from office (Kim Clement 2014).
6) A 'Pestilence' or 'Plague' will sweep the world and unscrupulous people will take advantage of it (Robin Bullock 4/2019, Chuck Pierce 9/2019).
7) God will remove New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo in disgrace (Robin Bullock 10/2020).

You don't know what you're talking about yet you pretend and carry on as if you do, not all of the people suing to overturn unconstitutional State laws are republicans but they are Americans and people win 2A cases all the time as do our pro 2A orgs. which I support, GOA, SAF and FPC all win cases.

Bidens tax plan will negatively impact everyone as business doesn't pay taxes they only collect for the government, raise corporate tax on ABC company and ABC will raise the price of their widgets that we the little people buy, thus we pay the tax.

The American people have wisened up to the total crookedness of the Biden administration and the democrat party. I only hope it’s not too little too late.

I think the voting majority will reject the progressives and their democrat stooges but I am amazed at how many young voters have been brainwashed in our schools and we are still 3 1/4 years away from replacing the coward child sniffer.....still I look forward to sweeping change in 2022.

LOL, You would like to think so paul but just like the last time you put up that facade of a bold front it's still paper thin as even you know Biden will not win.

Bidens approval rating is at his lowest ever score of 38 percent.

Biden has proven himself to be incompetent and the public no longer feels Biden and his team are competent, honest, or led well.

The majority of voters asked disprove of Bidens cowardly surrender to the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Nearly 70% say Biden is wrong on his border policy.
