lol 2918. Don't think we're there yet

That was obviously a typo and it was supposed to be 2018. Knowing that you didn't didn't answer my argument that Trump in Helsinki, Finland in 2018 did take Putin's side against his own intelligence agencies and said that Putin didn't interfere in the 2016 election. It was cringe worthy for many Republicans as well as Democrats.

Biden did tell Putin that The U.S. has greater Cyber Technologies than Russia and would use them against the Russians if they continued to interfere in our elections and interfere with our pipelines.

Of course it was a typo. You missed the joke. Flew way past your head. Why would I have to answer your argument? I'm not obligated to answer or even read your "arguments"

I always get a kick out of those Branco political cartoons. Legalinsurrection.com? That is hilarious and doesn't do your side much good. But, we shall see if Republicans really can take back control of the Senate and House in 2022. There are plenty of legal challenges to the state laws that Georgia, Arizona and Texas have passed recently. Plus there maybe some movement on a Federal tamp down on these laws. ;)

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday blocked U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez's ruling that sections of California's 1989 ban on military-style rifles are unconstitutional. Senior Circuit Court Judge Barry G. Sullivan, Circuit Court Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen and Circuit Court Judge Ryan D. Nelson wrote that the stay will remain in place pending the outcome of another case challenging the ban, Rupp v. Bonta.

California's AG Rob Bonta, to whom Benitez granted a 30 day stay earlier this month, celebrated the 9th Circuit's order after criticizing the judge's decision as "fundamentally flawed."

I don't know anything about " legalinsurrection.com " I just like the cartoons.

However I do know that 80% of people across party lines all want voter ID

Unconstitutional laws are invalid as per the supremacy clause and will eventually be overturned and often nullified in court cases until then, it's liberal activist judges that ignore our Constitution who are destroying our country, you said it yourself early in this thread, we are a nation of laws and our Constitution is the master law of The United States of America.

I know here in Washington that once you register to vote you're done. No need to register again and again. No need for voter IDs as ballots are sent to everyone by mail. For minorities in the southern states this sound very much like voter suppression. Of course Republicans find Republican voters to be the most desirable, and thus, the better voters. It is much more about politics than democracy for them.

Mail out ballots are prone to fraud, ballot buying/selling and manipulations, people need to go and vote in person so that we know the name on the ballot is the person who voted, other countries have discovered how corrupt mail out ballots actually are and banned the process as we must do in the US.

From: The Washington Examiner

Most developed countries, especially in Europe, ban mail-in voting to fight vast fraud and vote buying that had threatened the integrity of their elections, according to an exhaustive review of voting rules and histories in over 30 major nations.

In the European Union, 63% have put a ban on mailing in ballots except for citizens living overseas. Another 22% have imposed a ban even for those overseas. And most of those that allow mail-in ballots require some form of photo ID to get one, according to the report from the Crime Prevention Research Center shared with Secrets.

“These countries have learned the hard way about what happens when mail-in ballots aren’t secured. They have also discovered how hard it is to detect vote buying when both those buying and selling the votes have an incentive to hide the exchange,” said author John R. Lott, the center’s president.

While politicians in the United States have been debating the pros and cons of mail-in voting due to concerns of spreading COVID-19 at the polls and new reports of postal service and vote counting issues, Lott, whose center is known for its gun research, built a voting database of the European Union and the larger Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development countries.

Those countries, said Lott, are typically held up by Democrats as a model to follow.

“Liberals and progressives often try to model the U.S. on Western European countries in many ways, but you never hear them arguing that we should adopt their voting rules. There is a reason for that. Banning mail-in voting or requiring people to use photo IDs to obtain a mail-in ballot is quite common in developed countries, especially in Europe,” he said in the report.

The report, titled Why Do Most Countries Ban Mail-in Ballots? They Have Seen Massive Vote Fraud Problems, listed the rules for voting and widespread cases of fraud and vote buying. His report also listed notable cases of fraud in U.S. voting.

He ended up calling mail-in voting a “throwback to the dark old days of vote-buying and fraud. Like most of the rest of the world, Americans deserve a more trustworthy system.”

President Trump has been critical of mail-in voting, though his campaign has endorsed it in some states such as Florida.

He has warned that it can be manipulated, a charge that has prompted Democrats eager for it to call the president delusional.

But Lott said the president is correct and listed nearly 10 cases of mail-in voting fraud and vote buying to support his case.

He referenced cases of deceased voters receiving mail-in ballots, including 458,000 in California. In another, he cited a report that 83 mail-in ballots went to a single, two-bedroom apartment. And in another, he cited reports of fraud in Pennsylvania mail-in voting that resulted in giving Democrats control of the state Senate in 1994.

In overseas cases, he cited a case of mail-in voting fraud in 2005 that led to the election of six officials in Birmingham, England, and the history of fraud in Mexico.

“If concern about vote fraud with mail-in ballots is delusional, it is a delusion that is shared by most of the world. Even the countries that allow mail-in ballots have protections, such as government-issued photo IDs. But Americans are constantly assured even this step is completely unnecessary. Without basic precautions, our elections are on course to become the laughing stock of the developed world,” Lott concluded.

It's only gonna get worse. These gender fluid weirdos want supremacy. These self made victims today need to be put into mental institutions and treated for the issues they have.

There are no actual ballot fraud cases en mass and everyone knows this as the the 60 cases brought before the courts have shown. You can try to argue this, to no avail, as has been shown time and again, but that doesn't keep you from trying. The fact of the matter is that many states do have mail in ballots and have shown that there are no massive fraud as the law against such fraud is very onerous toward persons who have tried in the past. No one has been able to show any fraud that might overturn the election results though you have these right wing newspaper and other news outlets that still try to argue that such is the case without merit. It is hilarious to see that even Trump is not able to muster the most straw polls endorsements these days. But do show us some evidence that this fraud actually exists to date. It does not and the Arizona fraudet will eventually show none either. Just a waste of money and time as they cannot even show the way in which they are trying to invalidate that ballots that they looking over now. They are saying that the machines they are using are priority based and cannot be shown even to the experts in this field. Even the Cyber Ninjas CEO, who has been shown to espouse these conspiracy theories, will not tell anyone how they are examining these ballots. In the end it will not hold up in any court of law. But, they will be good for a laugh.

There is an article in the Daily Beast today about Donald Trump's trying to get the DOJ to take action against SNL for making fun of him. Trump has been known for his very thin skinned approach for jokes that make fun of him, but this is the first showing him trying to take action against Saturday night Live. Lets all have a good laugh at Donald Trump for the misuse of his office just to stroke his fragile ego. 🤣

Bidens approval rating on crime is like 29% or something really low and they are terrified of what this means for 2022 and 2024 so much so that they are using covid funds to HIRE MORE POLICE. LOL so much for de-funding the police, another liberal policy FAIL !

Actually, Biden's newest poll on his approval rating is 56%. That is higher than Trump's ever got and most people are very happy that Biden and not Trump is in the White House now.

Rudy Giuliani has had his license to practice law suspended by the NY Barr Association. This was done to him because of the lies he has told about the 2020 election. It would seem there are consequences for advancing these lies. I'm glad that these people are paying a price for causing people to believe this and I expect more lawyers to pay this kind of price too.

Experts Encourage Americans To Start Thinking About What Form Of Government They’d Like To Try After Democracy Crumbles

ABCD.jpg

WASHINGTON—Urging the nation to get a head start on what they described as an inevitable decision, the Brookings Institute released a statement Tuesday encouraging Americans to start thinking about what form of government they would like to try after democracy crumbles. “We’re urging this country’s citizens to really put their heads together on how they’d like the country to be governed after the federal government ultimately implodes and leaves a massive power vacuum,” said policymaking expert James Kimberly, explaining to the country’s 330 million residents that there were some “really cool” options to consider for the post-democracy America, ranging from a constitutional monarchy to an outright banana republic. “How about a totalitarian dictatorship? Anarcho-syndicalism? Or, hey, Japan did some cool stuff with a shogun back in the day. Nothing saying we can’t have an American shogun. There’s also always complete chaos to consider, which would make a lot of sense given where we’re heading. All we’re saying is that we should get the ball rolling on this, because we don’t want to get caught with our pants down whenever Washington D.C. is left a smoldering crater.” At press time, the nation had unanimously decided that after U.S. democracy collapsed, they would pursue sharia law.

You are confusing " most people " with a simple majority and most people disprove of the job Biden is doing on foreign policy and on crime in America, but you can always cherry pick polls, here's one >
