[Please help] Exposure to skin..

Hey guys, i was being a retard and went to my dad and flashed my laser very very very even super closed to my dad's hand, you might ask why, idk... -.-
i am very scared now, when i flashed the laser, he immediatly, but i mean immediatly responded and moved his hand away, i seriously don't know why i did this ;(
and his hand turned red and some white scars appeared and became swollen for a minute or two and came back to normal, now his hands are perfectly normal and that spot just appears a bit white he just has pain still there, my laser was a 1w .. details about laser :

405nm - 445nm = wavelength blue laser

Without responding with comments saying what was the reason behind, i just want to know, will this cause cancer to him?

I didn't put that laser for 5 seconds, only for a second. litteraly a second, after he said ouch i immediatly put it away, i was just being super foolish.. please tell me if he will get cancer or not, i hope he doesn't..
is this perfectly normal? because i have seen many people get hit in the arms or just hands by a 1w.. even some on purpose... please let me know, and i think this was ultra violet because its 445nm and i am guessing that 445nm is ultra violet... please respond.. :yabbem: :cryyy:

This sure seems like a variation of the help me troll threads a miffed and banned member has been creating here in the forum.
