Optotronics Issue ( Fixed )

I purchased a +30 mW 532 nm laser from Optotronics and it is weaker than my 10 mW 532 nm. The beam quality is not well either. Yes, I used fresh batteries, and no, I didn’t take it apart. No, I did not mix them up either.


Update: I was able to speak with the owner and the customer service was great. This issue has been solved.

Did you try contacting them first?
Call them during their business hours by phone as iv'e talked to the owner Jack directly before.

That laser looks faulty. Like GSS said, contact Optotronics and they will help you out.
They will likely send you another unit.

Optotronics has and excellent reputation and the owner Jack is a good guy. He will sort out the problem and make it right.

Yikes! That does look bad. You will have to wait until the holiday is over, but I would definitely contact them and add these photos to your email.
