Let me first start off by saying no, the RPL does NOT average >70mW, but yes it does work. I've had IR filtered peaks in the 70mW range though.
Wavelength: 473nm
Shipping in the US is $10
International is $40
The RPL is in good condition, a few nicks here and there.
You get:
RPL Blue-70
1x 18650 battery
Charger
Storage Case
Key
Now onto the power tests. This thing is all over the place but can give some pretty good output. Sure beats a low end Aquarius anyway. Seems to work best when it's cool.
Average on the first two pics are not correct, it was a bug in Luminosity that has been fixed. Power testing was done on a Kenometer Pro
Averages on the charts below are accurate.
So yeah, it's unstable but for the price you can get some pretty high outputs
Keep the battery charged and in a moderately cool temperature and it does ok.
