I ordered my lasr on the 13th it left hong kong on the 24th and i'm waiting for it to arrive, thing is theyve shipped it to the wrong address, i live at number 95 and it is going to number 96 which wouldn't be so bad if someone lived there...

Well pleased with the shippig etc suzie has helped me over skype(search o-like in skype phonebook) and through msn. To say its took 2weeks and that includes a delay due to a certain volcano then the shipping is fast!
99.6% positive feed back soo i don't see why it wouldn't be. btw i sent an email to Susie i gave my ebay number so if she doesn't recognize it then im in trouble and will prolly order one from Meredith *fingers crossed*
There is a pile of threads about shipping from China, direct email address to the companies, and direct MSN contact info. If you dont want to spend the effort to look for these, then you are wasting your own time.
Placed the order on apr 7th, it was shipped apr 12th, and arrived yesterday (apr 27th) here in the netherlands. I wouldn't call it super fast, comparable to my experiences with shipping stuff from dealextreme. 15 days from hong kong to holland is a bit longer than usual, but there was this volcanic ash cloud problem in the middle, so that could have caused some delay.
Tech_Junkie: lets just clear this up i have contacted them (to no avail) i have read lots of threads on it and i have ordered form china many times in the past. from what i read o-like had fast shipping which is the opposite of my experience and wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem
Benm: yeah i didn't take the ash cloud into consideration but i've had things from dx get here in 7 days...
They are fast, compared to most other Chinese companies. I know you contacted them through eBay, I read that. But you failed to contact using the direct email address, nor using MSN. If you read through the threads, you would have found those. Because you didnt contact them through those channels also, you are causing yourself more time to find out if there is an issue or not.
sorry i was waiting for a response from Susie to which so far there has been none, sorry for getting defensive Tech_Junkie i know your just trying to help. i hadn't contacted o-like straight through there email because i figured it would get to the same person (from what i just discovered it was "Cc: firstname.lastname@example.org") and be easier for Suzie to pull up order details. i don't have msn so i can't do that. i know it is o-like i'm dealing with and my package has apparently been shipped. honestly i'm kinda feeling burned by o-like right now...
