I need to meet this guy Marcelle . . .

I have taken my own NorCal liberties with the recipe . . . 16/20 or 26/30 shell on wild Messican "prawns" . . . with Salinas shredded IceBerg Lettuce . . . .

A recipe so good Emeril can't call it his own . . .

NorCal, Central Valley ftw . ..

I'm assuming you use raw shrimp for the burgers? Not always easy to find in Ohio :undecided:

They look pretty tasty, though.

yeah, sometimes I buy a big bag of the frozen raw ones . . . they last well in the freezer . . .
