Nitrogen Air Laser

Has anyone ever built one of these. A friend of mine recommended them, but I wanted some other opinions.

Google TEA nitrogen. The peak power is very high, but the average power is very low. A few mW at best. It's not invisible at all - partially because it's very high peak power, and partially because everything it hits will fluoresce and make the dot appear brighter.
