I recently ordered this product for 20 euro:

My questions:
Have I been ripped off? (too expensive, crap quality etc).  
Is this dangerous to my eyes? (should I wear protective glasses)  
What if the beam happens to shine in a cat's eye?  :'(
Can I bleach my anus with this laser? never mind this one

Seems decent if it preforms up to spec.

It is dangerous to your eyes.

Your cat will get eye damage.

I don't understand the mechanics of bleaching anuses.
