Hey, I'm new to high powered lasers/laser pointers and I'm looking for a burner preferably over 75mW and under $300, preferably less. I'm pretty sure that a green laser is the way I want to go for the power and price I want, not to mention the style
I've looked around and the best thing I can find at a good price would have to be the 125 mW Green Laser Pointer from skylasers.net as it meets the FDA standards, is (as I mentioned) at a good price, and has a nice power output.
The one thing I'm worried about is the fact that I've had a hard time finding a review on this product. I'm not sure how well this laser's beam is focused to allow for burning, or the quality of the laser beyond the 6 month warranty. Are there any lens caps compatible with this laser to make it more suitable for burning, or any simple ways that I can modify the lens for burning?
Would you recommend this laser to some one looking for a quality, well-priced burning laser, or would you recommend a different laser for my needs? (include a link)
