New DC/DC module for huge wattages tiny

That module is another constant voltage unit programmed with a resistor value (R5).

You could add a high current shunt and "trick" the feedback pin with a difference amp and an integrator to make the thing constant voltage though if that's what you need.

I use the ti pth1240WAD or pth250WAD modules. The power modules from that series are each capable of 96% efficiency at 50A!

I have used a MAX4172 inserted in the voltage feedback path to turn a constant voltage buck converter to constant current output. You'll only need the MAX4172, a shunt resistor and an output resistor to set the current limit. Done it to a buck converter to power three PT54's at 7A from the car 12V supply.
