These are pretty small: http://www.newark.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?SKU=19C7994&CMP=AFC-OP They're only $0.10 each, though they're not latching, they're momentary (so are the ebay ones you linked)

These are the smallest latching pushbuttons I could find: http://ca.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?qs=YXf4ACKMM4ygNZ3oa8zK8A== They're a buck each, though I'm not sure you can find anything smaller or cheaper (while still being latching)... Here's a datasheet for them: http://sigma.octopart.com/505914/datasheet/E-Switch-TL2201EEZB.pdf

PS: I looked these up using http://octopart.com - a really cool electronic parts search engine that searches multiple distributors.

You need to make sure the switch is rated for what you using it for. Check the currant and mW rating. If you exceed it by to much it will blow the switch.
