Need Assistance

Gday All,

I'm after someone to make up an adapter to use 3 x 18650's in a 3 x D cell host.

Basically I am going to use this host Portable High Power Titanium Alloy Bodyguard Outdoor 1-Mode Flashlight(3 x D Batteries), Australia - DinoDirect.com for my next 445nm build and I want to use 3 x 18650's.

Can someone point me in the right direction???

3x 18650's in parrallel or series? if series you could use 3x 32650s/32600's

I was thinking in series... I was really just trying to avoid buying more batteries lol... I have a stack of 18650's and I am only using them one at a time atm... lol

A hacker solution to try them would be to take the 18650's and roll wide painters tape around them to increase their diameter. Another idea might be a trip to the local plumbing store. You might find some easy to cut plastic pipe that would fit an 18650 inside, and function as a long adapter for the three cells in series. Some solution with painters tape and plastic pipe might be the fastest and cheapest way.
