Looks really good man! Great job! :D

Hi there :)

Thank you for the kind words :)

The 405nm module that sit's in this now is doing 500mW. (upped it a bit more)

I also just ordered a 200mW green module that has a extra heatsink around it that will hopefully fit the host ^^

If not, then i would have to grind some down.

Cheers, Sm.

You may get one from this company, had contact with them some time ago. The can custom build you a module: Super-Small 532nm Green Laser module | iLightek Optronics

I will await the module i just ordered first :)
-(but thanks for the tip)- ''bookmarked''

Nothing is permanent at this stage ^^ (no glue or stuff)
I don't want to end up with 10 modules, only using one :D

Did some more polishing and finished just now

God it looks sexy!

Let me see if i can arrange a video or something

Thanks for the + DJNY ;)

Looking good +1 rep incomming.

Thank you sir for the kind words.

I got something really cool incomming tomorrow for this host. (well i think it's cool ^^)

It's nothing big, and it involves the tailcap button.
Just a small little extra detail this host needs :)
Hopefully installed tomorrow and ready for some pic..

Today i managed to do the tailcap.

Most people use GITD buttons, but those glow only for a short period of time.
So i decided to use some trits that will glow for aprox.. 15 years without having to recharge them.

I cut out some white cardboard to lay around the button to create a smooth surface to lay the trits on.
On the left you see the unchanged button.
The white background also enhances the glow a bit more. (also handy for removing it again)
It looks like a little LED is on all the time.

Now this handheld emits radiation from both ends ^^
