It seems that one of the traditions of obtaining a high-powered laser is to post a video of it burning things. I won a Wicked Lasers "Advanced" laser from a contest on Spectra Forum last year, and I finally got the chance to record a match lighting video. My laser is not powerful enough to light matches on its own, so I had to use a magnifying glass. (Spectra Forum often holds contests where you can win lasers, so you should check it out if you haven't already!)
Please excuse the quality of the video. Since I currently do not have a digital camcorder, I had to resort to my Logitech Pro 4000 webcam.
