Minimum 532nm power to burn matches?

I know it´s a noob question but Im not sure about. Im trying to buy >100mw focusable torch to an chinese supplier that swears that his supplier says it´s over 100mw. The only fact I have is that it burns matches when on focus, so I would like to know what would be the minimum 532 burning black matches.

I have some 50 and 100mw and Im looking for 100 at least.

I've heard of 30mW lasers burning... it all depends on how well you focus the laser. I used to have a 50mW green laser, at 1.5mm beam diameter it lit blackened matches no problem, within a second

A 5mw will if you expand the beam a lot then focus it.
You'll get bored quickly of lighting matches etc
