LPM stopped working...

Greetings,

I have a 3.7w LaserBee LPM, and for some reason has stopped working.
The Thermopile and wiring are looking good, nothing physical wrong with it.
Loads the com port properly, everything normal at this point, hit run then get
no signal lower left and nothing else. No reading.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Make sure your version of java script is up to date or adobe flash. This happened to me after i downloaded them i turned the unit on ran a beam at the thermo and pressed run and it worked. I have a laser bee 7+W .

Looks like it is something software related on my laptop. Works great on my other PC !!
I contacted Jerry just in case I did have a problem with it, even though its 3 years old, he responded
a few hours after posting a message on his site, and told me a few things to check. He is great for
support.
Would like to see him offer one of the 5w or 7w LPM's in a drawing for a greatly reduced price here.
Just a thought...
