I would also recommend Rayfoss, IMHO...

They sell a couple 200mW rated lasers, actual about 160-170mW, for around $50.
I have one and it is a great quality laser, also waterproof!!!

The batteries will bring the laser to over 200mW, depending on the efficiency of the specific diode. Most likely around 230-240mW.

I have heard that about deal extreme...they will ship anything other than higher powered lasers to the US.

The great thing about rayfoss and O-like is that they send the lasers they ship in packages marked as a flashlight and they declare it as a gift.

99% of the time they always get past customs and they arrive in great condition, from what I have heard and experienced.

DX wont sell complete lasers to the US but you can buy >5mW modules.
