why email? others might be interested in this as well!
the modules are 12mm diameter, as well as the aixiz housings. the thinnest way would be a pen-style host, i guess it would be 13 to 14mm wide. put two aaa micro batteries in there, presto. or one single lithium aaa micro one. or, even shorter, replace the driver of the module with the new flexdrive v4, which can drive a greenie.
with all of this: heat will be an issue, these modules produce heat!
next bigger, but better solution (heat-wise): one of the aaa flashlights from dealextreme or like.
