I've been reading posts and looking at other peoples recomendations. I see that a lot of people are fans of o-like and rayfoss, but I haven't been able to get to either of their websites. I'm getting can not display webpage. did these companies go out of buisness? are there other shops besides led shoppe to get an affordable green laser that ships to the USA? thanks for your replies

Yeah apparently people have been having problems with O-Like and Rayfoss all day. Not really sure what's going on. I don't think they went out of business so hopefully its just some kind of server issue.

If you don't like LED Shoppe some members on the forum offer a reshipping service if you'd like to buy from DX.
 
thanks for the tip. I'm gonna give led shoppe a shot a 50mw green laser for less than $30 is worth trying even if it isnt great quality
 
I've heard good things about LED shoppe of late, so it might not be all that bad of quality. Certainly better than DX, that's for sure.

Yep, the only laser worth purchasing on DX is the true 5mw green and the 200mw red aka the "dilda"

But yes I have also heard many great things about the 50mw laser from LED shoppe.

from your yall's experience how long does it take from ordering from ledshoppe does it take for a order to arive to california?

If they're anything like DX, O-Like, or FocalPrice, it'll take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. At least that's my experience from online shops that ship from China....
 
when i ordered my ledshop laser it was a friday it took 13 days or 9 business days.
i live in texas
 
You could always get a prebuilt module for $25 from Mohrenberg. just hook up your own power source and your good to go!
 
I just got my laser pointer in the mail today. I'm a bit let down by the beam visibility. I've seen video's with pretty bright beams coming from 50mw pointers. Was I expecting too much? are 50mw green laser pointers not great for beam visibility? Any one in Orange County CA that can test the strength of my laser for me?

maybe rayfoss and olike use Chinese host and space. Now Chinese goverment are get rid of the obscene things on internet. do begin to let every website to register and give them the exact information of the site owner. a lot of sites are removed because their website content is pornographic, violating the law, or fail to hand the true personal or comany information
