Looking for 16mm round driver.

Got a project planned but need ANY 16mm round flashlight driver. I looked on DX and there are a couple listed but some people say they are really 17mm, but have room to be filed down. I don't really want to have to file them down, so thats worst case scenario. Let me know if you guys can find any. I'll keep looking.

Well actually, I am planning to remove all the components and use them as blank pcbs.
