Why hide the link with Google? Do you get points for people looking at the site?
I'm not sure I even know what your talking about...brownie points?
If you read the ad...

It advertises 500mW 532 then shows "usage" further down.
It has a teacher using one in class with a kid....A KID using one for the stars...
 incredible if you ask me.

I wonder how many people have taken those at face value.
Granted the unit prob over spec. still...

Some web sites have a promotion code offer. You sign up, and add the promotion code to the end of the link you post. When someone clicks the link, and buys something, you get a cut of the sale to use to buy something yourself. People use TinyURL, and other ways to cover the original link so people dont see the promo code at the end.

I've done it a few times, but I never felt good about it. Was wondering if you were doing the same thing.

No, just from what I've learned here it seemed pretty messed up.
They advertise 500mW then show kids playing with it.
No one has safety glasses.

THEN it has pics of it lighting a match.

That is misrepresentation at its finest.
Kinda sad someone could get hurt happening along that site...

(ps. I'm just here for the enlightenment and entertainment ;)

Sadly the majority of Chinese laser retailer web site are full of misrepresentation. I've always thought the Chinese were an honest culture. But when you look at their web sites, spam, ect, its full of straight BS.
