Hi everyone,

I literally just made my account on these forums a few seconds ago, but ive been following for a while now. I came across this laser the other day which seemed like a steal. Vague speca are in the title. Heres a link.
Devil RIFLE - 405nm 500mW Violet Burning Laser Pointer
I searched all over the forums ans couldnt seem to find a review for this laser. If amyone has any experience with it, I wouls greatly appreciate some feedback. Thanks! Also, I apologize for any embarassing typos that may be here. I typed this on my phone and am too lazy to proofread. :p

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

It is possible that the laser hasn't been reviewed on here.

Personally I reviewed the 445nm, and 638nm lasers in that same host, and also own the 650nm.

Lazerer has pretty good customer support, and can test out your laser before shipping... so go for it, and post a review yourself :)

I have a devil cyber and a 638nm rifle. The only complaint I have with the rifle is the battery compartment, they sit a bit too loose for the host and sometimes you need to shake the host for the power to reach it's max. Though, there is a complaint about the cyber as I get a very weird beam pattern (due to what I think is using the wrong lens), I'll say if you want a high powered violet laser with a neat host this is what to buy.

Alright, I think I will try it out! Ill buy it soon and post a review as soon as possible :) Also, about the batteries being too small for the host. I heard about that issue, but also heard you can replace the 2x16340s for a single 16350. It appears the voltage is less with the 16350, but apparently that is only if you believe to the chinese power output of their 16340s. I could be mistaken though

Well its supposed to house 1x 18650 or 2x 16340 batteries, I never had a 16350 battery. And its not like shaking it is too big of an issue, it's just a bit inconvenient. I'm working on finding a small fix to that.

Haha we all make mistakes, the 18650 will fit better but the laser would (from experience) have a little less power as 405nm lasers like higher voltage, keep in mind voltage adds in series. You can probably just stick a piece of paper around your batteries to make them fit tighter, I just don't have my rifle with me this week.
