Lazerer 200mW...?

Battery is fully charged, and it cant burn anything or even light a black match...

Tried all focuses...

What do I do? Refund?

link for the laser please ! also sometimes the charger says that the battery is fully charged but is not ....same thing happends with rc chargers when they are new( im referring to the cheap 7.2v & 2-3cell chargesr from ebay), so give it another try.Since the charger that you have for the battery is quite cheap ( IM ASSUMING IT IS) disconnect it,then connect the charger again and then plug in the battery, if the light stills green but you get no positive results then just leave the battery there for a few more minutes ( i would say 20 at least ).
IF you get no positive results then you may have a faulty laser or simply the battery is a garbage (;
You should try contact customers service in case you really want a refund...
