Cool, shame I don't need that wavelength now, but could be very useful in the future. Nice find. :) I would inquire, as they may offer the possibility for a group buy. There are many on this forum who want a 589, but are struggling to afford one.

Good find!

Wonder how the reliability is - Lasever DPSSLs had a habit of dying rather quickly a few years back - especially the 473s.

Good to hear more 589's are popping up. Unfortunately I still expect at least the price to be around the ballpark of $1,000, but of course I could be wrong. We'll see :)

'Round these parts, most people are only interested in buying a laser if it can roll off a table. :tinfoil:

100mW for $1000

A bit High but for a lab Not too bad I asked for 1-50Mw prices

What about a bulk discount? At those prices you should be able to find at least 10 people who want one.

Wow, that is a very good price you have been offered. Doesn't make the labs seem too ludicrous in price now. Although the portables are still the better deal IMO.

Thanks for asking Zach. That's not a bad price at all, the 50mW unit is about $100 more then DragonLasers Spartan :)

Very reasonable considering lab lasers usually cost more than pointers.

Re: Lasever Now offers 589nm

Way better than not bad!

Dragon Lasers gets $2600 reselling a CNI 589 50mW and $3600 for a 589nm 100mW--given quality is ~ equal.

See PDF file of the Lasever 589nm 50-250mW here: http://www.lasever.com/uploads/soft/160513/1-160513221210.pdf

I may see about a groupbuy this fall or late summer if yall want but we need 10 people.

Those modules look pretty much identical to CNI modules... Probably just a coincidence or they copied their design I guess. :p

a lot of companies build there lasers in the same module. Dhom for example.

I asked for a quote on there OEM but they gave me a quote for the CNI looking one instead

I got a quote for there 20mW for $550 Not very good the 50mW is a better deal.

http://lasever.com/uploads/soft/160527/1-16052G62422.pdf

And finally I got a quote for 250mW at $2000.

Ill add the prices to the top
