im looking for a green laser with a clearly visible beam in dim conditions and at least partly visible beam in light conditions (not direct sunlight) and i just wanted to know what the lowest mw laser is for those specifications. the only reason i ask is because on videos the camera dosnt always pick up the beam as well as the naked eye. also i know i need goggles for certain mw lasers.

5mw 532nm works. The beam is visible in dim light. I had one once then it broke. It was a true 5mw pen style. For a bit brighter beam try like a 15-30mw.
