Has anyone had any experience on how Laserbtb handles a lost shipment?
I tracked my package all the way to my city.....and then...poof, DHL looses it!
I got a call from DHL saying that the package is lost and to inform the shipper (laserbtb) to file a claim.
After numerous conversations with a DHL supervisor, I was able to acquire a Case ID# for the lost shipment. I let Laserbtb (Kevin) know and gave him all the required information so he could file a claim on his end. I assume that he will send out a new laser? He has not answered any emails in the last 2 days
Anyone have experience with this?
