That's pretty kewl, i might have to make me one, only, have the balloon filled up with air, taking up all of the available space, might make it more powerful.

That might not make it more powerful. The power will come from a stronger balloon that allows for more compression. That may be harder to pop though.

The more the balloon is blown up, the easier it is to pop (stretched tighter).
