This site is not selling anything only providing information on how to build one.
The device uses a ND:YAG laser to hit a sample with a very short intense pulse of IR light which vaporizes a small amount of material which is then analyzed with a simple spectroscope to determine what it's made of.
Finally puts a simple chemical analysis technique in the hands of just about anyone.
