It's not coming from Sanwu

I ordered the laser and other parts from Sanwu on May 8th. However, the shipping confirmation email has not been received until today, after which time has passed, and the inquiry email sent on May 20th has not been answered. Is something wrong with Sanwu laser now? Or is it a holiday?

What should I do now

It is difficult to understand if you received a shipping confirmation or not due to your unusual/confusing wording.
Options are: Email Sanwu again, wait for the shipment to arrive, or cancel the order and dispute the changes for a refund if it has not been shipped.

What do you imagine anyone on LPF or anyone else for that matter can do anything?
Nobody on LPF other than member "Podo" who has not posted since July 2023 and logs in rarely has anything to do with Sanwu's business or it's practices. You can try to PM him.

So your stuff has been shipped? I would just wait for it to arrive. When ever I place an order with any Chinese company I mentally prepare myself for it to take a month to make it to my door, its usually pretty accurate.
