*sigh* the thought of assembling bulk drivers by hand doesn't really makes me feel happy......

haha yeah that monster and five hour energy made me shaky as hell...i had to stop soldering and go eat something to steady my hands down.
i didn't finish them all........
got 3 LOC and 1 PHR built, but one of the LOC was a dud....... so if the rest pan out i'll have 3 phr and 2 loc

dude, I want to so make some of them >:(

But I don't have any cash and I suck at selling stuff :-X

I desolder the ribbon cable before i remove the diode from the heatsink...
It's much easier than doing it after it has been pressed in the AixiZ module.

Same, I also desolder the PCB, but you can remove that by breaking it apart :P

Seems like you have some work waiting for you.. such are de disadvantages of selling laser things online ;)

for me it depends on the diode i'm harvested.
for the phr, i don't desolder, i cut the ribbon free from the pins since there are two pcb's and it makes it difficult to desolder them...

for the LPC i remove the heatsink from the sled and put the heatsink on my helping hands and then desolder it.

I find the PHR ribbon very easy to desolder...

Plenty of Monster ought to keep your hands nice and steady.

No no no...you've got it all wrong. Habanero peppers are the way to go. The endorphins and sudden energy/steadiness/mind control you will get are amazing, if you can deal with the pain. Best drug on earth.

Try it. You'll be excited to do anything.
