Is the Romisen L-B030 Focusable?

Just arrived my 30mw L-B030 green laser form Dealextreme, I ask is it is focusable because the head is rotating.
Any chances to burn anything with this laser, such black nylon ballons...

Ok, no response.....so I wish to know if there are lens addictions to focus the laser to get little burning capabilities

I don't believe it is focusable after reading through some of the reviews. An un-focused 30mW is going to have a tough time popping balloons.

For now i used my laser with a 3.00v not rechargeable battery, will I notice some difference using it with 3.6v rechargeable?

You may notice a longer run time with one battery over another, I just all depends on the "mah" rating of the battery

And the O.6v dosn't make any differences in beam visibility or power?

You wont notice a big difference till you go into high power lasers where certain batteries can limit the current.

Anyone know about the duty cyvle of this laser.
Apparently it doesn't heat much
