Is it still possible to get a DX 250mw? FDA BAN

Since the FDA has imposed a ban on all lasers exceeding 5mw, is it still possible to buy one? they have said pay pal wont accept orders from the US at all but im sure there is another way. I know that of you can get an order, then you can pay 0.01$ and customs wont likely search because it removes the DX logo. I was previously RGVdiffraction but it wont let me log in anymore.

one might slip by every now and then, but for the most part you'd just be better off with the massive group buy from DX.
