Hi,

On the 13th of Juli I've ordered the green surefire batteries(CR2 3V) for my dilda laser from DX.
Soon after that it was backordered to the 22th, when is was the 22th they changed it to the 31th.
Last week I received my charger, when it was finally the 31th the orders went into "packaging" status.
But now agian they are in waiting for supplier status with 9th of august as ETA.

So I'm beginning the wonder if these batteries are ever going to be shipped.

It's just a few dollars so that's not the problem, but to keep using these expensive photo-lithiums(7 euros a piece) which have less performance is becoming a real pain.
And DX (and maybe KD) seems to be the only one in the world that sells them.

I read something about 3.6 or 3.7V CR2 rechargeables which might perform even better, but where can I find these?
I didn't find them on the DX website.

Update:

I've tried to order them from KD (they were in stock on their website)
But after finishing the order it was backorderd as well, so I canceled the order and requested a refund.
No use waiting on two shipments for the same item

So it seems it really IS impossible to get these batteries.

I got some quite easily before, no back ordering. I guess there is a rush now because so many people want the dilda laser :)

Get in quick and hope for the best I suppose.

I've heard that batteries are a bit hard to ship out of china because of the olympics. You should try ebay, there is a guy who sells 3.6v cr2's which, IMO, are better anyway.
