The B/S/T is the only section that needs approval.
Requirements to post were implemented to reduce the number of unscrupulous people posting there. The approval system isn't ideal, but from what I've seen it is effective.

I'm getting it as well now. Posted something on Sunday, still not there. Wouldn't have batted an eyelid were it not for other threads appearing, some as soon as this morning...
