I cannot see my sent messages

when I pull the downarrow thing to the Sent Messages selection I only
see 3 messages from 5 years ago.
I have surely sent a LOT more since then!

Any ideas?

I have deleted my cookies related to LPF and that did not fix it either

Any other suggestions people? This REALLY sucks!

silvershot I I doubt there is any option for that, why would there be? I'm not asking for you to answer that. It works, but only shows me 3 messages from long ago

Silvershot is correct.... There IS an option for that...
You need to trust members that know what they are
talking about a bit more...

Click....

[User CP]

Under (Login & Privacy) click....

[Edit Options]

Go down to...

Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

and make sure the box is checked...

@LaserCo It might be wise to also check that there is not a filter applied to the sent folder. You can filter out PM's according to certain criteria... worth a look.

Unfortunately, even after enabling the option, the messages sent before enabling it, will not show.

Thank you jerry. You are so correct! It musta been years ago when I change that.. I figured it wasn't needed .. and thought that it seemed strange because I assumed that it happened by default.. I never really needed it till many years later

thank you bob. I look around for filters applied to the sent messages and I didn't find any .. but yet right now this is my first time on the forum while using a cellphone to do so!
