How would you push a 650nm diode 800mW>?

Hello.

I'm working on a project and I need to make a 800mW or stronger 650nm laser. What diodes are good for this? Or is it the regular LPC-815 THAT are pushed? Thanks..

Woops.. Caps..

I believe LPC 826's are better than the 815's
But even pushing the current to the limit with a tec cooling it, and a G2 lens
I still doubt you could get 800mW,

What is your intended build, somthing specific?

you could use an lpc 826
use a constant current pulse driver running at 1amp, large heatsink with tec and a g2 lens.
that setup MIGHT yield 800mw.
